We will accept a cancellation up to 48 hours but please message any time after regarding this, if we have started the process of your order we will be unable to offer a refund due to them being personalised. With regards to keepsake items we accept cancellations for 14days after ordering if we have not received your clothes. Once we receive your clothes we cannot cancel an order. We cannot offer refunds unless the keepsake is faulty. In the unlikely case that your keepsake is faulty please return to us and we will do our best to put it right.
Please ensure YOU CHECK ALL dates and spelling on your orders! Refunds will not be issued for incorrect dates/spelling supplied. In the event of miss spelling or incorrect dates please contact us we will do our best to rectify, however please be aware an additional fee may apply.
